Day-Of Coordination

Your wedding day is right around the corner, and we know it’s been a long road to get here. We'll work closely with you in the weeks leading up to your big day, addressing all the details needed for a fruitful wedding. Let us worry about making everything come together beautifully, that's what we do. 

Starting 3 Months Prior To

 

 

  • Complimentary initial consultation.

  • Unlimited contacts via emails, calls, and texts.

  • Unlimited meetings in person once the services are in effect.

  • Venue sites visit for visual assessment and meet with the event coordinator.

  • Share online worksheets used throughout the planning process.

  • Review all contracts and adhere to the applicable rules or policies.

  • Create a detailed timeline of the ceremony rehearsal and wedding day.

  • Provide our timeline to the appropriate vendors and request their timeline.

  • Collect all items needed for setup starting 2 weeks before the rehearsal day.

  • Confirm date and time of arrival with all vendors.

  • Be present for final walkthrough of venue the month prior to the wedding.

  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal.

  • Set up ceremony and reception decor.

  • Greet vendors and oversee deliveries and setups.

  • Assist with distribution of bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres.

  • Follow up with photographer and DJ to ensure the timeline is kept on schedule.

  • Cue bridal party at time of procession.

  • Direct guests to cocktail hour after ceremony.

  • Collect flowers, and/or decorations from ceremony to be used for reception.

  • Manage reception and handle unexpected situations.

  • Communicate with vendors to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.

  • Disburse final payments/gratuities to vendors as requested.

  • Breakdown of reception decor.

  • Gather all items ready to be loaded in designated cars or hotel room.

  • Complete last walkthrough of all areas to ensure there's nothing left behind.

  • Leave the venue up to their standards.

  • Complimentary bridal emergency kit available.  

     

                              

     A la Carte:

  • Custom orders: welcome signs, seating charts, silk floral arrangements, and anything we can make!

  • Services: set up linens, fold dinner napkins, or others not included in the above bridal package.
