Collect all items needed for set up starting 2-3 weeks before the rehearsal day.

Confirm date and time of arrival with all vendors.

Final walkthrough of venue the month prior to the wedding with client.

Coordinate ceremony rehearsal.

Setup of ceremony and reception decor (additional cost for linens).

Greet vendors and oversee deliveries and setups.

Assist with distribution of bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres.

Review cues for readings and/or music for ceremony.

Direct ushers with seating and programs.

Follow up with photographer and DJ/MC to ensure the timeline is kept on schedule.

Cue bridal party at time of procession.

Direct guests to cocktail hour after ceremony.

Collect flowers, and/or decorations from ceremony to be used for reception.

Manage reception and handle unexpected situations.

Communicate with vendors to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.

Disburse final payments/gratuities to vendors as requested.
