(CEREMONY, AND RECEPTION)

  • Initial consultation.

  • Unlimited contacts via emails, calls, and texts.

  • Ceremony and reception sites visit for visual assessment. 

  • Reception floor plan layout.

  • Ceremony seating chart.

  • Confirmation of date, time, and complete details as per contract with all vendors.

  • Detailed timeline of the wedding day.

  • Final walkthrough of venue sites one week prior to the wedding with client.

  • Full setup of ceremony and reception (centerpieces, decorations, signage, etc...)

  • Greet vendors and oversee deliveries and setups.

  • Assist with distribution of bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres.

  • Follow up with photographer to ensure the timeline is on schedule during ceremony and reception.

  • Review cues for readings, officiant, and music during ceremony and/or reception.

  • Direct ushers with seating and programs.

  • Cue wedding party at time of procession.

  • Direct guests to a cocktail hour after ceremony.

  • Gather wedding party and guests for pictures as needed.

  • Collect flowers, and/or decorations from ceremony to be used for reception.

  • Manage reception and handle unexpected situations in a worry-free and composed manner.

  • Communicate with banquet staff to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.

  • Disburse final payments/gratuities to vendors.

  • Collect wedding gifts, card box, guestbook, cake topper, and all other items as requested. 

  • Bride and groom all day emergency care kit available.
